PALAWAMA convened a Case Managers Review Meeting aimed at strengthening case management practices, enhancing collaboration, and improving survivor-centered service delivery.The session was facilitated by a trainer from the Law Society of Kenya (LSK), who led discussions on legal perspectives, best practices, and effective case management strategies. Participants had the opportunity to reflect on their experiences, exchange knowledge, address emerging challenges, and identify practical solutions to improve referral pathways and access to justice.The review meeting reaffirmed PALAWAMA’s commitment to continuous professional development and collaborative learning as essential pillars for delivering quality services to vulnerable individuals and communities.
